We offer a complimentary shipping service on all orders over £50.

We use Royal Mail Tracked 48hr on all orders (requires signature). You will receive an email notification once you're order has been dispatched and an expected delivery date.

Delivery times

Standard prescription - 7-10 working days

Complex prescription - 7-14 working days

Frame only & accessories - 3-5 working days

Express service - 3-5 working days (please note this service is and additional £20 and dependant on your prescription. We will contact you directly after you place your order to let you know if we can offer this to you after looking at your prescription) If you have any questions regarding this service or wish to know if we can offer this to you before you place the order then please email us at hello@cuboeyewear.co.uk and we will gladly let you know.

Collect from store - If you would prefer to collect from one of our stores you can choose this option at checkout.

Returns

If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your glasses we offer a 14 day returns policy meaning you can return the glasses to us within 14 days of receiving them.

Please email us at hello@cuboeyewear.co.uk if you would like to return your glasses and we will give you instructions on what to do next.
